For sale: Michael Jordan’s wheels

by Micah Hart

Growing up in Jackson, Miss., I didn’t come across the rich and famous all too often (I once got Lenny Dykstra‘s autograph at a local BBQ restaurant, and that was pretty much the highlight of my childhood). The closest I really came to knowing anyone famous was my friend Scott, whose father owned a Ferrari Testarossa. And not just any Ferrari, but one that was previously owned by Dominique Wilkins. This really was about the coolest thing to me, ever.

Why do I bring this up? Because you could be Scott’s dad too, if you have the stupidity wherewithal to drop $430,000 grand on a 2007 Mercedes McLaren SLR, owned previously by one Michael Jordan. The car is currently up for auction on Ebay, and there are only 10 hours left to bid, so you better make that genius idea of yours happen soon if you want this particular automobile! Imagine the number of nine-year olds you could impress!

If you can’t put together the scratch to get His Airness’ ride, don’t worry. You can always take a look at Jon Voight’s Chrysler Le Baron, it’s probably a good bit cheaper.
