NBA Finals Game 5: Create-a-caption

by Zettler Clay

For the second straight game, LeBron James was a no-show in the final period in the points total category, scoring two more points than me.

Dwyane Wade, on the other hand, put up 10 points in the same span after leaving the game and coming back — not quite Willis Reed, but tough nonetheless — from a hip injury.

At the risk of misquoting the immortal Rasheed Wallace: Picture don’t lie.

Lebron has quit. He is pulling a Kobe Bryant at this time. He is so interested in having to be in the spotlight that he has not shown up to help his team with a championship. I suppose if he cannot be MVP he does not want anyone to get a ring. WOW, Really Lebron, Really.

What a game last night. Wow!!! All the excitement a true basketball lover would want. A real nail biter. But in the end the Dallas Mavericks handled their business and beat the Heat decisively. Jason Terry stepped up and made the big shots when he needed to. What a game last night. Now we have a real series.

I have a feeling Lebron will show up for game 6, and Dwayne Wade will also have a good game. The Mavs are a really good team, but the Heat’s big three are too much to handle for a 7 game series, I say Heat win in 7.

Wade: I’ve got that cough and now the sniffles, too…Lebron:Yeah, gotta get outta here and disappear. Just like I did in this series. I wonder if S. America dislikes me as much as N. America?

All those conceited miami players…enjoy the loss. Lebron is a hater. Maybe next year? Hehe. Go Dallas.
