Bobcats dancer shoots for her dreams on American Idol

by Micah Hart

I’m not an American Idol watcher by nature (I’m more of an America’s Kids Got Singing fan), but its hard not to root for Bobcats dancer Brittany Kerr as she takes her shot at stardom on America’s favorite singing competition:

It’s easy to mock the show (and lord knows I have), but Kerr is right when she talks about how difficult it is to go out there and let America judge you, for better or worse.

Kerr is headed to Hollywood, so she has survived the first cut (spoiler alert), so we’ll keep tabs on her as she keeps going.

Good luck Brittany!

She is so beautiful and I´m sure she will be successful on her path to her career. By the way today the heat beat the Sixers. Bosh the new Michael J. by lapses in the game. Im saying this cuz Jordan is the owner of Bobcats indeed.
Wow! what a talent and pretty woman she is!! I´m astonished by she. Give me credits.!

Even though I hate country music, I admit she has a good voice.
But I wish girls didn’t wear so much makeup
