Rubio strikes a pose for GQ

Ricky Rubio has been a smash hit for the Timberwolves (and the NBA) so far in his rookie season, and people outside of basketball are starting to take notice. Like GQ magazine, for example, which profiled the Spanish phenom in this month’s issue. Timberwolves.com went behind the scenes for the photo shoot that accompanied the story:



I would be way too self-conscious to ever participate in a solo photo shoot. Fortunately, I doubt I’ll ever have to face that scenario.

    Yeah! that’s true Ricky Rubio has been a smash hit for the wolves this season.. they should try to find guys that could run and shoot the ball, not playing with more dribbles. They need guys that could spot up and guys that finshes strong and a legitimate Big man… they should try to shop michael beasley.. He slows thing down!.. peace to you all!
