Metta World Peace And Yo Gabba Gabba, Together At Last

by Micah Hart

Metta World Peace continues to put a checkmark next to every box on the list of “Things It Would Be Really Funny To See Metta World Peace Do.”

Here he is, winning the, oh, 8-meter dash during the Yo Gabba-lympics:

I’m pretty sure MWP can run faster than he does in this clip. But he sells it, and that is called ACTING, which I can only assume means that the experience he got working on The Eleventh Victim is really paying off.

I keep my 18 month old away from YO GABBA GABBA for fear of causing brain damage, Happy to see MWP doing some public service stuff tho. Praying he starts the season in shape ready to splash open 3′s, so he can replace the ring he auctioned off to a noble cause!

i THOUGHT MWP did an ok job acting… with a few experience here and there, he might just have a carreer post basketball.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT! There has a long list of celebrities, musicians and athletes who’ve appeared on Yo Gabba Gabba including Jack Black, Amare Stoudemire (Knicks), Andy Samberg and Fred Armisen (SNL), Sugarland (country music), Elijah Wood (Lord of the Rings), Leila Ali (Muhammad Ali’s daughter and boxer in her own right), and on and on…it’s about time we had a Laker on the show! Way to go, Metta! For all you Laker fans out there…Metta World Peace is definitely gonna suit up and show up in great shape this year, be the lock-down defender of old and his renewed confidence will help him knock down the 3-ball to the tune of 40% or more!!! Mark my words!
