Dirk Impresses in Berlin…With A Blown Layup

by Zettler Clay IV

It’s not too often a future first ballot Hall of Famer goes into his home country for a preseason game and miss the easiest shot on the court. But miss the easiest shot on the court Dirk Nowitzki did:

Dirk gets some points for trying to play off the botched bunny at the end. Just not on the scoreboard.

The Mavs had like 36 turnovers, that’s pretty bad.. But it’s the first preseason game and I look forward to continue to see these boys gell and become something formidable. I feel they need to signe another big man, is Ben Wallace still playing? I know he’s old, but I think he would be a great addition for a 20 minute game guy.

He tried, must give him that. But sometimes you are not as good at “Home” as when you are abroad.
