Gridiron Tribute To Late Lakers’ Owner

By Nick Margiasso IV

At this time of year, it seems like everyone’s minds are collectively on football — especially in the NBA world (with still well more than a month left until regular-season action).

So, it’s nice to see the football world give a nod back to The Association, as the USC Trojans did at halftime of their Saturday showdown at the famed Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum . And definitely when it’s to honor a legendary NBA figure like the late Dr. Jerry Buss and his beloved Lakers.

All this for a guy with money who gets arrested for soliciting a prostitute ???? Yea… a “legendary NBA figure”.

    • Hello says:

Many women would have slept with him just because he had money, but many of these women would have cared for him too. Is it better for him to break those women’s hearts and sleep with them, or solicit a prostitute? On the other hand Al Capone is also legendary. One can probably also become legendary for sleeping with 5000 prostitutes.

I would never solicit a prostitute, but there are worse things in this world. It is legal in some places. Maybe your idols might do it in Vegas?
I’m not sure why you want to tear this man down, but his good clearly outweighs his bad. It is better to focus on the good in the world rather than the bad.
