Simple enough, although all kinds of people have had all kinds of trouble with the shot. Sometimes even the people
whoa who aren’t even shooting it.
Coaches often teach players to find their own routine at the free throw line and to stick to that, over and over and over again until it becomes second nature. Unfortunately, Jermaine O’Neal‘s free throw routine appears to involve holding the ball at the top of his shooting motion for just a moment. And if you watch this video below, you’ll see nobody — opponents or teammates — can quite figure out when to start going for the rebound…
