Ray Allen plays golf with Obama

By Jeff Case

After the Miami Heat lost in The 2014 Finals, there was some talk that the NBA’s all-time leader in 3-pointers made, Ray Allen, might hang ’em up for good this summer. A recent report indicates that Allen, an unrestricted free agent, is ready to play next season — although he hasn’t decided where.

While he makes up his mind, Allen has taken to the links and gotten in a few rounds the last few days. First, he held his Ray Allen Golf Tournament at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Conn. From there, he managed to get in some golf with the leader of the free world, President Barack Obama

Ray Allen playing golf with Barrack Obama, George Bush or even Sadam Hussein won’t gives him his 3rd ring. He needs to play golf and follow our “king” LeBron in Cleveland. He also experienced the taste of the champion and he knows that our “king” LeBron is the only player who can give him his 3rd ring. We will trade Joe Harris future hall of famer thee point shooting plus first round pick to Miami!

    • DrtyWhiteBoy says:

Actually Ray Allen has three rings, one in Boston and two in Miami. So i think u mean to say he is going for 4.

    • Sri says:

Ray got his first ring before King ever touched a ring in his life..back in 2008

    • FutureCeltic says:

get a life dude lebron is a kiss up trying to get his fans back by moving to cleveland and lol almost all your previous coments about lebron had to to do with “heat domination” he’s on cleveland now dont be a bandwagoner stay with miami

    • canadianhobo says:

the bandwagon is strong with this one, ray ray doesnt have to prove anything to anyone at this point he’s the best three point shooter in history, right up there with reggie miller and bird in terms of clutchness and ability to just nail threes, he’s got two rings one he earned in boston and another he contributed to in Miami (even though by “contribute” i mean he saved their entire season). i’ve watched and respected ray allen since his days as a buck, and i would absolutely love to see him play another season to further solidify both his record and to have another chance for a ring. Cleveland would be a smart fit for ray considering his history with lebron, but honestly I feel that if the SPURS picked up ray allen, with their ball movement and his movement off the ball he would become an instant terror for any team in the nba. regardless of what he decides to do, GO RAY ALLEN!!!

    • mkb8012 says:

sh*t up lbj, lebron will never win an other ring in his life.good things he left miami

    • addisu says:

He is all-time leader in 3-pointers … “foreverrrrrr” … No one will take that away from him .. πŸ™‚

    • kevin love says:

If you think we are trading Joe Harris for him forget it. What Ray Allen needs to do is to come to cleveland to play with our “king” Kevin Love. We will trade Lebron James, Kyrie Irving, Anderson Varejao, and all of our future draft picks to aquire this elite 39 year old talent from the Heat. Come to Cleveland LeBron!

    • lol says:

i congratulate you on being the only troll on this website(ive come to this conclusion after seeing hundreds of your comments)

p.s. you try way too hard

    • LeDominican says:

lbj you are in drugs !!

    • scrappy says:

Ray Allen is a free agent bro…….nobody has to trade or offer picks for him…..

    • Dennis Dawal says:

lame comment. Lebron did not give him a ring last season…

    • Dennis Dawal says:

That’s lame kid. Your Lebron failed to give him a ring last season. He also won a ring in Boston without Lebron.

  2. Sri says:

and…infact.. Ray is the one who gave 2nd ring to LeBron by his unimaginable 3 pointer in Game 6 with Spurs πŸ™‚

  3. D-Fence says:

LOL, you don’t have to trade anything because he’s a free agent… Eh those kids nowadays…

  4. PHIL CANT HELP NY says:

he is a free agent who are you trading for?

  5. Oleg says:

“Leader of the freeworld” – ha-ha-ha-ha. Who did elect him to the World? Let him play inside usa….

  6. addisu says:

He is all-time leader in 3-pointers … “foreverrrrrr” … No one will take that away from him .. πŸ™‚

  7. Kopogero says:

Best example why the world needs a leader without a family and without need to take vacations when he could change lives to better insteed, but then again people with families have something to lose and can be easily threatened and manipulated to do someone elses things.

Saddest part is today NBA players have to choose between less $ for better chance at ring/championship. It ruins the whole concept of competition and the NBA is not the same. It’s how Spurs dominated, Duncan 10 mil cut in salary is best example.

  8. gballay says:

kelvin garnett made Ray Allen kno what it mean to be a champion .and by the way Ray help Lebron get his second ring

  9. JC says:

Ray Allen was the one who gave LBJ his second ring, when he made that 3 pointer from the corner to avoid losing to the Spurs.
