Steph Curry approves of Warriors consultant Steve Nash

ALL BALL NERVE CENTER — News broke yesterday that the Golden State Warriors were in “advanced negotiations” to have former MVP Steve Nash join the champs as a part-time coach who will work with the Warriors guards. And not that Stephen Curry, the most-recent MVP, needs a lot of help, but Curry took to Instagram today to show his approval of the new hire…

Finally we get a decent coach around here….👀

too bad, interim mvp/champ, next year the mens are back and the nba holidays are over.

  2. michael says:

you think these two will go at it in practice from the three point line? And if so who would win? Got my money on Steph..

  3. johnny dawson says:

I agree with Roob. LeBron and the Cavs are going to squash GS in 2016!

  4. rebelegg says:

    hmmm… approves??…

  5. Jordan says:

Anyone who picks against golden state, is in for a rough year. Educate yourselves, Lebron can’t do everything. Golden State is the most well rounded and cohesive team in the NBA, deal with it you f***** poop shooters!

I could not imagine living n Cleveland. I’ve been there many times. I do not want to b takin my talents there. Pour Roob.

Yes, Nash, more fun for GSW this year. they only have to watch out for SAS as they have gotten better. Johnny, whats changed in Cleveland that allows you to think the Cav’s are going to squash GSW this year? Don’t say injuries. Because it doesn’t matter who is on the floor with King. It’s always three plays. Pick and roll for the King, post up for the King and isolation for the King.
It doesn’t work… It didn’t work in Miami and it hasn’t worked in Cleveland. Now I’ll b takin my talents to NHL.com a real sport.

Omg you warriors fans stop fooling yourselfs into thinkin your team is so much better than it is.its beyond plausible its actually highly likely that with a cleveland team with a completely healthy love or irving you would of lost in 5 games.being realistic if we were at 100% with both we would of crushed you badly in 4 games.yall are giving your team to much credit.lebron needed a little juuusst a little contibution in jus 2 games and we would of won we lost game 1 and i believe 5 by only 8 points.so answer me this without lying if we had just a healthy kyrie or love let alone both do you think they could of scored at least 9 points?..9 points .psh had jr smith not played like garbage we would of won so enjoy your championship with a asterisk next to it.but whatever no point in dwelling in the past.also reality for you golden state fans the spurs if healthy are going to be sooo unstoppable and deadly efficient that they are going to slaughter you probably even us so you better pray they get injurys because if they dont you wont even be the conference champions your just pretenders to the throne. If you happen to get past a injured spurs team and we are healthy then the king and company are gonna show you exactly what i mean about you being pretenders to the throne you false champs… p.s. GSW better pray the rockets get injured too

    • Your kidding, right? says:

Get real,, and I mean real. Re-read your post.

Injuries=part of the game, champions play through it. Cavs were not there. Admit it.

Chances are neither team will be at the finals. Anything can happen. But your post has no validation. Just cheap BS.

Next year will be a big test for both teams. One to repeat, other to back up their talk of “poor me, we were injured”

Say it again, CHAMPIONS PLAY THROUGH ADVERSITY.,, Warriors didn’t have that much last year. But that team was built for the long haul. They are only getting better, more mature, know how to win.

But even that is no guarantee they will go all the way. It’s a crap shoot at best.

      • Would HAVE says:

        Wow, talk about uneducated.

        Kyrie and Love on the floor means;

        1. Terrible D. Love can’t guard anyone to save himself. Kyrie is a turnstile. Sure he blocked a couple of Steph’s shots, but he was beaten off the dribble on each occasion.

        2. Less times Lebron uses the ball. Best player on the planet with less possessions. I think GS takes that.

        3. Less Delly and Thompson. Their presence meant the tempo was more to Cleveland’s advantage. Irving and Love would HAVE meant an uptempo style more favoured by GS.

        4. GS still wins the championship. It doesn’t come down to nine points. You’re just a scoreboard watcher if you believe that.

So much hate on the champions. So very sad…

    • HandDownManDown says:

“Warriors would’ve lost in 5” “Being realistic” HAHAHA LMAO
You must not have watched the finals. Or the playoffs. Or the regular season. Or ever even seen an NBA game for that matter. Thanks for your thoughts though. What incredible insight from one of the least knowledgeable sports fans in the universe. Now, do us all a favor, quit whining and take the loss. Nobody cares about you or your worthless hypotheticals, Nostradamus.

  8. ketsui7 says:

The Cav fans seem to forget that the west division is where it takes work to make it to the finals, while the east is a free ride if you have a mediocre team, even making the playoffs in the west takes work. So please stop trying to act like Cav’s are as good as you think because they went to the finals. East was a joke, probably still is a joke this year

  9. ketsui7 says:

cleveland has never won anything, why would that change? lol

  10. PAUL says:

The last team to win a championship playing small ball is the WARRIORS and trust me it might be the last. Posting up LeBron worked in Miami. Nobody can guard LeBron in the post. too big and too strong. Jump shooting does not win championship. The Warriors should enjoy this one and hope whoever they play in the finals is hampered by injuries, that is if they ever make it that far. with all the greatness of the Warriors; they still have not shown they can beat the Spurs in a series. The west just got tougher with this new Spurs lineup.

The Cavs lost their second and third options in that post season. anyone who expected them to compete against the Warriors is a fool. One superstar cannot win a championship by himself. Frankly the Warriors should have swept the depleted Cavs.

  12. Chef Curry with the SHOT BOI says:

I’m surprised the Warriors didn’t sweep the injured Cavs… I mean there were 2 all stars, 2 DPOYs, and a team with a high chemistry v.s. a Top 5 player all time. Even MJ couldn’t beat the Piston Bad Boys.

    • Chef Curry with the SHOT BOI says:

By that… I mean that even MJ couldn’t beat a team with great chemistry and multiple all stars alone.

  13. asdfrank says:

Everyone sleeping on OKC, it’s rediculous

  14. ejosh says:

Cavs were lucky to go through Chicago due Pau Gasol injury… I see 3 title contenders: Clips burned themselves in 4th Q of the 6th game vs Rockets, they contiue to improve. Spurs are still top dogs, with Aldridge now…. Warriors are champs.

  15. juancho says:

to all cleveland fans…. ure team never make a champion mark my word,,, lebron only one man show same irving, if i’m kevin lov go to golden state warriors so u can make a champion,,,,,,, go golden state warriors 2016 nba champion

  16. Atl says:

Atl will win it all this year mill sap is back and teague is only getting better not to mention horford there is a new big three in the NBA so watch out cavs and watch out golden state the hawks are coming.

  17. NBA says:

Does any Cleveland fans(s) or James’ suck ups wanna bet that the 2016 NBA trophy will stay in the WEST??

  18. johnnytc1 says:

Sorry everyone. I b takin my talents to Ohio last week for work and was busy and couldn’t comment. Thank God I was in Dayton. I didn’t want to be in Cleveland hearing what could of been, might of been, should of been etc… Yaaaaaaaaawn…
Hurry up and get your King gear and sit closely by the TV. They’ll be broadcasting many games of the King. Cleveland, just take it easy and remember that if King had Larry, Magic, Michel and Kobe it wouldn’t make a difference. They don’t get the ball. King requires teammates to play a little D and grab rebound sometimes. Post up for King, pick and roll for King and Isolation for King.
Those are the three plays which Cleveland runs. It didn’t work in Miami it didn’t work in Cleveland.
If those aren’t the facts and the bottom line, please set me straight.

  19. H. B. says:

IF THE SPLASH BROTHERS KEEP SPLASHING THREES LIKE CRAZY WHICH LEAVES THE OTHERS PLAYERS OPEN TO WALK TO THE BASKET, GOLDEN STATE WILL BE IN THE FINALS AGAIN. IF YOU HAVE THE TWO BEST SHOOTERS IN THE GAME CONSTANTLY GETTING 3 TO ANOTHER TEAMS TWO IT BLOWS GAMES OPEN.

  20. RyanMcDonald says:

    eh?

  21. KO says:

Forget about the healthy Cavs beating GSW. GSW won’t even reach the finals with OKC back, let alone the Spurs.

  22. johnnytc1 says:

You may be right KO. But you can be right about this, no team from the east will win. Opps I meant team or King. Caves aren’t really a team. Its all about King!
