Iman Shumpert releases Cavs anthem

ALL BALL NERVE CENTER — Cavs guard Iman Shumpert has made no secret of his love for hip-hop, releasing several songs where he shows off his ability to drop a rhyme. But his latest song covers some ground a little closer to home: The Cleveland Cavaliers themselves. Check out Shumpert’s new song, “The Name Drop (Cavs Anthem).” Sounds like the Cavs may have a new theme song on their hands…

  1. Gio says:

This song is really bad. Sounds like Freddy Krueger put his claws on a school board.

  2. Don Zeppernick says:

song is Dope with a capital D

  3. Not sayin says:

That was as bad as I expected, unfortunately. At least Iman has the right kind of look, sort of anyway, with his 1980s rapper hair style.

  4. Rob says:

    Well that was awful.

  5. Jamal says:

You people are really lame and must not appreciate Hip-Hop. That song was on point and to effectively name drop all the players and commentators was really nice. Plus is has a nice beat and sound to it. Definitely something mainstream.

  6. Gail says:

People don’t no real hip hop, hat song is off the chain. Wonder if they could do it better. He named every player and the beat was dope. Hats off to Iman. And congrats

Where is da king during all of this. Did he give permission? he may still b practicing free throws in his back yard? King! Get over here now and see what heck b going on. What been going on is you’ve only been barely beating the worst teams in the east. How about playing SAS, LAC, OKC, GSW etc. King did you make this schedule out? You couldn’t be playing any worse teams. you’ve played only one .500 team and you lost. What up king?!
