ALL BALL NERVE CENTER — After going through a rough few years, 5-year-old Keaton Barron recently had a pretty amazing day. A few years ago, Barron was diagnosed with leukemia. After years of treatment, he recently underwent his final round of chemotherapy and was told he was cancer-free. The family celebrated by going to see Keaton’s favorite team, the Thunder, and his favorite player, Kevin Durant.

There was good news and bad news here: The bad news is Durant sat out the game they attended with a sprained toe. The good new, however, is that because Durant sat the game out, he noticed Keaton’s sign, and at halftime came out and met the child and gave him the sneakers he wore on Christmas Day. There’s more on the family here, and here’s a quick video telling the entire story…

Kevin Durant giving his shoes even his jersey won’t give him his 1st ring. He needs to play with our “king” LeBron and lets beat up Warriors or Spurs in finals. This due will give at least 60-70 points in the finals for Cleveland.

    PG: Irving
    SG: Dellevadova
    SF: Durant
    PF: James
    C: Kevin Love

1st ring for KD/Cleveland and 3rd ring for our “king” LeBron

stop dreamin man! he doesn’t really need Lebron to get rings and even less the cavaliers! KD can either stay on OKC to prove what he’s worth or go to LA and build a team for his own legacy! ya’ll just bandwagonners so stick with it! #LAKERSFORLIFE

    • Chupps says:

This new age of fans is disgusting. Instead of wanting healthy competition, you want to manufacture super teams to chase rings for your favourite player.

I guess this is a symptom of Lebron being measured to Jordan from day 1, that whole Chosen One nonsense has got all you Lebron fans insecure as hell.

If Durant should go anywhere, IMO, it should be to team up with John Wall in Washington. It’s his home state, Wall is a much better floor general than Westbrook who is a scorer. New York might also be interesting if they get rid of Melo who IMO is not capable of winning a championship.

    • KaYaK says:

@lbj someone needs to ban you from commenting…every single time it’s like: if Draymond Green is smart he will come to the cavs, if KD wants a ring he will come to the cavs. Smh some people just bandwagoning from Miami to Cleveland. It’s obvious you like Lebron James not the Cavs

  2. Johnny Kilroy says:

Trolling a feel good story lbj, have you no respect? Even your “king” would be disgusted.

  3. rjddude1 says:

Be wary of any man that claims/
Because deep down he clings onto the need for power/
    The reality, he’s a coward.

  4. Jordan says:

This proves why Kevin Durant is one of the best players in the game. Not only does he have star performances on the court he shows true love to his fans.

  5. sweetkatey says:

Kevin Durant is one of the youngest and greatest player who played on court! I admire his kindness. He is an all-around superstar

  6. sweetkatey says:

Kevin Durant is an all-around star it proves that he is not just a baller but, he has also the kindness towards people.
If there will be a man and an mvp candidate he will be chosen again

  7. Effinsweet says:

LBJ, your on that rock. Your a fool if you dont believe that Dub Nation is taking this all the way through.
