Clippers introduce new mascot Chuck the Condor

ALL BALL NERVE CENTER — The Los Angeles Clippers may be named for a type of boat, but when they were in need of a mascot, they turned to the animal kingdom. Last night the Clippers introduced Chuck the Condor, their new mascot. The condor is the state bird of California, and Clippers coach Doc Rivers noted that he hopes the mascot will bring them some luck…

To celebrate the new mascot, Clippers owner Steve Ballmer threw down a dunk off of a trampoline, which was pretty impressive…

    Just when you thought the Clippers were turning it around….. Nope….. Back to no playoffs soon and a bad mascot =*(

    Man o man that was a pretty great introduction to chuck.. Im a die hard LAKERS FAN but to see an owner come down on to the court and thrOw down a dunk is really awesome.. Great job CLIPS

    The Clippers didn’t really need a “new” mascot…. I always considered Steve Ballmer to be their new mascot!
