This video made my day. Courtesy of @SoleCollector (by way of The Basketball Jones), here is video of Penny Hardaway winning a Memphis-area rec league game with a GWBB*:

That. Was. Awesome.

On the Horry Scale, I give it about a 3.5 (the game was tied, but a baseline fadeaway with 1.5 left is pretty impressive). I also love that Penny is able to slip so quickly back into “athlete-being-interviewed” mode. Some things, you just never lose.

*True story: My rec league team in Atlanta won a league title a few years back on a halfcourt GWBB. Definitely worthy of 5 Horrys, IMHO — competition at the Atlanta JCC can be pretty intense.
