The world’s favorite superhero, Metta World Peace, is not just out to raise awareness for mental health issues. He’s now out to make sure the residents of Vancouver know the forecast calls for rain and a slight chill:

I’d like to see a weather off between Metta and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.
